1: Install our car in this path: -> OpenIV/GTA V\Mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2: Copy and replace the following files in the path given above:
- police.yft
- police.ytd
- police_hi.yft
- police+hi.ytd
!Do not forget to activate the edit mode in OpenIV!
-> INSTALLATION VEHICLES.META

1: Insert the Vehicles.meta here: OpenIV/GTA V\Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
2: Insert the following file:
- VEHICLES.META
-> INSTALLATION HANDLING.META

1: Insert the Handling.meta here: OpenIV/GTA V\Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2: Insert the following file:
- HANDLING.META
-> INSTALLATION ELS- FILE

1: Insert the ELS file here: Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2: Insert the following file:
- POLICE.XML
-> INSTALLATION ELS.INI [DOES NOT HAVE TO!!!]
