Guidelines

§1 - General

1. By accessing advanced-leaks.net or any other Advanced Leaks domain, you are allowing the use of your IP address to be saved on our server for security and data purposes. At no point will your IP or any personal information be shared with any 3rd parties. 
2. We have the right to deny service to users either when buying our products or trying to download files.
3. We ask users to report files and users for reasonable reasons deemed by staff.
4. At no point will a file be hidden or deleted unless under special circumstances stated by the Owner or Head Management.*
5. Users should not ask members of Prime for Prime ONLY files this can and will lead to bans on our website.

§2 - Accounting

1. Advanced Leaks follows a "one account per person" policy
2. Vulgar, offensive or obscene usernames will result in a blacklist from our services
3. Imperonating members of the Staff is forbidden
4. Sexualized profile pictures, covers or signatures are forbidden
5. We have the right to ban/mute/kick you off our website for any reason we find reasonable
6. Any staff member has the authority to give punishments to any member of advanced-leaks.net without any warning or reason.
7. You can be banned from advanced-leaks.net at any time for any reason by an administrator.
8. Accounts will not be deleted from advanced-leaks.net at anytime unless a staff member has a reason.

§3 - Posting

1. Posting in the correct forums will provide you with fastest replies
2. Please use the search button. Your question or request has probably already been posted.
3. Advanced Leaks does not provide support for content posted to the website unless sold by advanced-leaks.net
4. We will not tolerate any malicious files or viruses posted on our site. If you post a file with malicious intent, we will remove the file, ban your account, and contact the proper authorities.
5. When you or someone uploads content to Advanced Leaks, it is in your good knowledge to know it becomes a public file on Advanced Leaks and will not be deleted for any reason except on certain circumstances.
6. All files submitted on advanced-leaks.net are not registered copyrighted, restricted, trademarked, or patented with the USPTO and are not legally considered the property of a single entity. This means that any and all files uploaded are considered free and open to the public. If the original creator of the file shows proof of ownership through registered copyright or paperwork with the USPTO, we will remove the file from the public view. That is the only reason for file removal.
7. Posting other Advanced Leaks members personal info (DOX) will be removed and your account may be banned.

§4 - Miscellaneous

1. Sharing files outside of our file management system is strictly prohibited unless stated otherwise (Google Drive).
2. Do NOT send unsolicited support requests to other users or Staff
3. Any content that involves vulnerabilities, compromises their account, or exposes end-users to potentially malicious intents is not permitted here.

§4.2 - Prime Exclusives / Sharing Prime Files

1. Sharing files from our prime exclusives section as prime member is strictly prohibited
2. Any user who leaks prime exclusive files to external sites without authorization will be charged a fee of £100 if they have their credit card linked to their account, to cover the costs of the money we have lost on the files.
3. Repeated offenders may face further penalties including permanent suspension of their account. We take the protection of our content very seriously and will NOT tolerate any unauthorized sharing of our files.

§5 - Customer Terms of Service (As of 12/04/2023 @ 23:00 GMT )

1. Any chargeback/dispute on PayPal will result in a permanent ban from advanced-leaks.net and all other Advanced Leaks services.
2. You are sending money to Advanced Leaks. In return you will receive the product(s) paid for. 
3. You are sending money to us of your own free will and are not doing it by force, blackmail, or threat of harm from anyone in the Advanced Leaks community. 
4. You acknowledge that any money sent to Advanced Leaks, advanced-leaks.net, or any of our associates is non-refundable and will never be returned to the original sender.
5. You acknowledge that you are not sending money that is stolen, fake, or illegal. You are also accepting full responsibility for the money, its status, and how it was acquired.
6. You agree that a reversal on a charge will not be allowed. If a reversal does occur, you are liable for 2 times the originally charged amount, as well as any chargeback fees and all other costs incurred by Advanced Leaks, including but not limited to collection of the debt, bank charges, legal fees, etc. 
7. The money you send is for digital goods and services. At no point will you ever receive a physical product unless directly specified by the community management team or the product's description.
8. If you abuse the digital good(s) provided to you, it can be taken away without notice.
9. If your digital good(s) are taken for any reason, you will not receive a refund. 
10. If you are kicked, banned, or leave advanced-leaks.net for any reason, you are not allowed to refund or take your money back. The money belongs to Advanced Leaks.
11. This agreement is subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to be up to date with any changes made.
12. You give us the option to give you a phone call to the provided number with the order when an order is placed if there is necessary or extra steps needed to complete the order.
